Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear or combat use.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
